Ms. Ciara Stephenson is an eighth-year educator. She graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a bachelor's degree in History. After completing her Bachelor's degree, she joined the teaching profession. Teaching is not just a profession for her; it is a lifelong passion and calling. Her love for African American history has been a driving force in her teaching career, as she believes it is essential for students to understand the rich heritage, struggles, and triumphs of African Americans throughout history. From the moment she stepped into the classroom eight years ago, she knew that she had found her purpose. As a dedicated mother, she understands the importance of nurturing and supporting each student's unique learning journey. Through interactive lessons, thought-provoking discussions, and hands-on activities, she aims to inspire her students to become critical thinkers, compassionate individuals, and agents of change in their communities.
